These terms and conditions (”Terms and Conditions”) apply to all use of and orders placed on Ayna Atelje Oy’s (Business ID: 3422486-2, VAT number: FI34224862) (“we”, “us”, “AYNA”) website (“Website”) and via direct contact with our sellers.
By using the Website and/or placing an order, you accept and commit to comply with these Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to revise the Terms and Conditions at any time.
Please note that you must be at least 18 years old to place orders. Persons under the legal age 18 years, need a parental consent.
We process the personal data of customer as described in our Privacy Policy.
1. ORDERS
Our Website is hosted on Shopify Inc. Shopify provides us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
Before you place an order, you will be given the opportunity to review your selection(s), the information you have provided, the total price of your order and correct any input errors. After submitting your order, we will send you an automatic order confirmation via email to confirm that we have received your order. Please note that the order confirmation email is an acknowledgement that we have received your order and is not an acceptance of the order.
Please note that all orders placed by you are subject to acceptance by us. Once the order has been processed, a shipping confirmation email will be sent with all relevant information about your order. The shipping confirmation is our acceptance of your order.
We do not guarantee that all products presented on the Website are in the stock at the time of your order. In such situations, if we have already received a payment for the order, we will refund the amount to you.
2. PRICES
The prices only apply to orders placed on the Website. All prices and delivery costs shown on the Website include VAT.
The prices and delivery costs shown on the Website may vary from time to time and we are not bound by the price until we have accepted the order by sending the shipping confirmation to you.
Delivery costs are not included in the prices of products and goods. The delivery costs are shown in connection with the shipping methods at the checkout stage.
Customers outside the EU/Customers in the UK: additional taxes and custom fees may be payable when you receive your order, depending on where you are shopping from.
3. PAYMENT METHODS
You may pay orders by using the methods of payment defined on the Website. We use Shopify Payments as it is a secure payment method. Shopify Payments is a payment service that forwards your payment to the merchant. We accept payments by credit or debit card as well as payments via Klarna, Apple Pay and Google Pay.
We accept the following payment methods:
- Credit Cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express
- Klarna
- PayPal
4. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We offer different shipping methods to meet your needs. We utilize different shipping partners, depending on the size of your order and which country you order from. Choose your shipping method at the checkout.
Please see all estimated delivery times and costs below. The rates vary within the country depending on your selection point of delivery (home / pick-up point) and delivery time urgency.
Shipping to Finland
1-3 business days, 7-15€
Shipping within Europe
2-5 business days, 15-35€
Shipping to US
3-5 business days, 35-45€
Shipping to the rest of the world (outside of EU)
1-5 business days, 35-45 €
The estimated delivery time does not consider possible delays caused by payment authorization and/or stock availability and/or force majeure situations.
Please note that you bear the risk of damage or loss of the ordered products when the product has been delivered to you. If the packaging appears to be damaged, please do not accept the shipment.
In the event that your products are returned to us due to a failure to pick up your package, we will have to charge a fee of 40 euros. This covers the shipping to and from you, as well as handling and restocking of the products. The fee will be deducted from your refund.
All estimated delivery costs may change from time to time.
5. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL, RETURNS AND REFUND
You are entitled to withdraw your purchase by submitting or sending notice thereof to AYNA within 14 days of the date which you received the product.
Our returns policy
- Every return must be registered through our customer care. Please reach out to customer@aynaatelje.com.
- All returns must be shipped back within 14 days of delivery.
- All pieces must be returned in their original condition, with tags attached. Worn or washed pieces will not be accepted for return.
- You are liable for any impairment of products that have been used, and AYNA has the right to deduct from the repayment the difference between the original value of the product and its actual value at the time of the return. To avoid a deduction, please make sure all products are in the exact same condition as you when received them, with tag and seal still attached. If the product may no longer be used due to such use, you are liable for the full value of the product and, if you wish to have the product re-delivered to you, for the costs of delivery of such re-delivery.
- Returns must be sent back using our return slip. To receive yours, please reach out to us at customer@aynaatelje.com.
- When shipping your return, make sure the parcel is securely sealed, to avoid any damage.
- If you choose to use another shipping provider, you will have to cover the return shipping cost yourself.
- We will refund your return within 14 business days of receiving it at the warehouse, back to the same card or account used when placing your order.
- Please note, the initial shipping fee will not be refunded.
- The return fee will be deducted from your refund.
- Products ordered in the online store may not be exchanged directly for other products. If you want to exchange an item for a different size or color, please return it and place a new order.
- If you think your order is damaged or faulty please reach out to customer@aynaatelje.com with your order number and photographs showing the issue.
6. QUALITY AND DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
AYNA act in accordance with applicable consumer regulations. If you receive defective products, please notify us immediately. If you want to replace a defective product or have the defective product repaired, please contact our customer service at customer@aynaatelje.com.
7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
The entire content of Website is protected by immaterial property rights and belongs to AYNA and/or its partners. AYNA reserves all rights to the website and its contents.
Copyright in the documents provided in this Website (including, without limitation, the trademarks of AYNA, logos, graphics, text, photos, designs, logos, icons, images, data and software) are owned by or licensed to AYNA and its affiliates. You are authorized to use this material only for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may download, print and store copies of this material for your own personal, non-commercial use, provided this Intellectual Property Rights notice is included in all such copies. You may not charge anyone for use of the material, and you may not publish, duplicate or otherwise distribute the material to others without prior consent from AYNA. Although we strive to display the correct texts, images and pricing on the Website and online shop, errors may occur.
Part of the services provided through the Website are maintained by third party operators. In situations where AYNA acts as agent for such services, we cannot be held responsible for any errors resulting from their activities. AYNA cannot be held responsible for any damage caused from using the Website or, for that matter, not being able to use the Website. AYNA does not guarantee the Website to be available without interruption or errors nor provide any guarantees regarding the availability, accuracy, reliability or contents of the Website.

We reserve the right to change these general terms at any time by announcing the changes on the Website. You accept the currently valid Terms and Conditions when using the Website or conducting transactions on the Website. We recommend that you visit the Website regularly to gain information on any changes to these Terms and Conditions.
13. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY
To the extent permitted by applicable mandatory legislation, AYNA is not liable for any consequential or other indirect damage. This liability exclusion does not apply in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct, AYNA’s liability for defects is limited to the extent provided in mandatory applicable legislation, and AYNA makes no representations or warranties beyond this.
14. APPLICABLE LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Finland. Except where prohibited and without limitation to any statutory rights for consumers, all disputes pertaining to these Terms and Conditions will be exclusively referred to the district court of Helsinki, as the court of first instance.
