Ayna returns
Returns policy
- Every return must be registered through our customer care. Please reach out to customer@aynaatelje.com
- All returns must be shipped back within 14 days of delivery.
- All pieces must be returned in their original condition, with tags attached. Worn or washed pieces will not be accepted for return.
- Returns must be sent back using a return slip. To receive yours, please reach out to us at customer@aynaatelje.com.
- When shipping your return, make sure the parcel is securely sealed, to avoid any damage. You can use our signature Ayna cardboard box, that has a return tape seal.
- If you choose to use another shipping provider, you will have to cover the return shipping cost yourself.
- We will refund your return within 14 business days of receiving it at the warehouse, back to the same card or account used when placing your order.
- Please note, the initial shipping fee will not be refunded.
- The return fee will be deducted from your refund.
Exchanges
If you want to exchange an item for a different size or color, please return it and place a new order.
Claims
If you think your order is damaged or faulty please reach out to customer@aynaatelje.com with your order number and photographs showing the issue.
