Can I track my order?

Yes. When the parcel has been picked up by the freight company you will receive an email with a tracking link. If you do not receive a tracking link, please contact us at hello@aynaatelje.com.

We utilize different shipping partners, depending on the size of your order and which country you order from. Choose your shipping method at the checkout.

Finland: 1-3 working days
Europe: 2-5 working days
USA and Canada: 3-6 working days
Other countries: 3-6 working days

Delivery times are estimates and do not take into account possible delays caused by the freight company or payment authorization.

The rates vary within the country depending on your selection point of delivery (home / pick-up point) and delivery time urgency.

The customer is responsible of possible extra taxes and duties depending on their country.

What happens if I do not collect my parcel?

In the event that your products are returned to us due to a failure to pick up your package, we will have to charge a fee of 40 euros. This covers the shipping to and from you, as well as handling and restocking of the products. The fee will be deducted from your refund.
